I loathe the process of getting a haircut. I'd rather just tie it up than have to go through that bullshit one or more times a month. Hated it ever since I was a kid. Apart from a 5 year span where I had to keep it short for a work requirement when I clipped it myself. I've gone from age 12 or so to 40 getting a haircut probably every 4-5 years. My sisters hate it because I have nicer hair than them.Never understood the desire to grow your hair long.

It's kinda cool, but it's just such a hassle. Especially when exercising, gets so hot and sweaty. Caring for it is such a pain, too. It's just not worth it at all in my opinion. But I guess it's like a status symbol.Never understood the desire to grow your hair long.
It just looks to me, either ratty and dirty if you don't take care of it, or it looks feminine if you do take care of it.. I don't mean to offend anyone, just the way I see it.I wish Zibanejad would cut his hair, it's just way too thin and looks pretty bad that long. Laine's also has looked ridiculous long for the same reason.
Jagr's for example was much thicker and hence worked much better long.

My claim to fame: My first NHL game in attendance was the final game Ron Duguay ever scored a point in.
Imagine what that would look like if he had straightened it out.
The weird thing about Ricci is that he started his career in Quebec looking like a handsome, fresh-faced, well-groomed young man, and then he finished his career looking like the giant ball of lint that festered in my gym locker for three years.
No one will ever match this flow. Iconic, timeless.
