Filip Chytil: B+. Turning a corner, would be an A- or A if he could stay healthy.
Julien Gauthier: B. One of the few good surprises.

Barclay Goodrow: C-. Neither here nor there for me.

Kaapo Kakko: B. Playing really well. The offensive production is coming.

Vitali Kravtsov: B-. Solid when called upon. Numbers will start coming.

Chris Kreider: B. He's been fine and kept a decent scoring pace.

Alexis Lafreniere: F-. Trash.

Artemi Panarin: C+. Offense is there but game to game we don't know what we're getting from him. Is he going to be engaged and skating or floating? The latter has been happening more and more lately and is getting alarming.

Vincent Trocheck: B-. As advertised.

Jimmy Vesey: B-. He's ok.

Mika Zibanejad: C. Another Jekyll/Hyde. All world when he's going but looks lost other nights.

Adam Fox: B+. Had had some pretty rough stretches in his own end but he's overall the best skater on this team.

Libor Hajek: C-. Meh.

Ben Harpur: C-. Fine for the past two weeks until today. Today's game is why he's not an everyday NHL defenseman.

Ryan Lindgren: B+. Solid as a rock in the back end.

K'Andre Miller: B-. Slow start but heating up.

Braden Schneider: B. Took a pretty big step this year. Keep developing and he's a rock solid #3 borderline top pairing defenseman in the right scenario.

Jacob Trouba: D. Shows leadership but is falling off a cliff everywhere else.

Igor Shesterkin: B-. Very rough start but has been a Vezina candidate since December.

Jaroslav Halak: D+. Not as good as advertised. Needs to be better.

Gerard Gallant: D+. Decisions are dumbfounding sometimes.
