mlb owners are proposing a hard cap/floor for the next CBA, while it looks like the MLBPA is just saying, "spend more!" I'm so tired of a few teams blowing so much more money than everyone else (and a few others who spend so much less) that I'm probably with the hard cap/floor regardless of who proposes it.

Kinda weird to support a hard cap when you have experienced what it did to the Red Wings. You should always want rich owners who will spend money to field the best team possible, especially if we're not going to tax them at levels that will actually help people.
