Just wanted to say that we Isles fans have been enjoying this series IMMENSELY.

Please keep up the extraordinary work.

While I know many of you would want to have the series won at home, we Isles fans would enjoy NOTHING more than seeing the Kings, skate the Cup around in MSG in a sweep.

Please take our request under consideration.

As a fan of both teams. Nothing would make me happier than seeing the Kings decimate the Rags one more time at the "world's most famous arena". It would make a most glorious Thursday working in the city!
 
As a west coaster, I certainly didn't know much about the Ranger fan base or the views from other Eastern teams' fans.



But after all these messages from other Metro teams' fans, and all of the *****ing from the Ranger fans (Not all of them mind you), AV and the Ranger players, I can certainly understand the dislike now, aside from them being in the same division.

Funny --- over here in the East -- we rarely get to see West coast games (unless some insomnia kicks in).

What I do get to see is a far more entertaining brand of hockey. I don't think ANYONE likes the Rangers.. Surely the Isles, Devils and Philly fans don't. But that is a different thread altogether.

Go get em! NO MERCY!!!!
 
After three rounds of battling big rivals, it's odd to be in the Final against a team that I had no real animosity towards. I feel like Islander and Devils fans are enjoying this as much as we are. Hope we can pull it off tonight and we can all celebrate together :handclap:

I'm hoping I don't have to go to work tonight. I just want to see the game live....

Good luck to your team in the future. It seems like Islanders fans have had to put up with a lot of the same crap that us Kings fan have dealt with over a number of years.

After our DECADES of disasters ( on an off the ice) it would be my pleasure to lose to the Kings in the finals in 2016.

(Unlike those hacks from Manhattan, we WILL win at least once!)

My dealings with Ranger fans are well documented. I've never encountered such rude, uncouth, arrogant, trashy fans at Staples for any other team.

I feel as though I want to give them the benefit of the doubt because the stakes are so high but as someone said elsewhere here that is just no excuse for piss-poor behavior.

I think that might be a NY thing -- such behavior can be found on Devils fans too.

(Isles fans are exemplary)

Most of us Kings fans like the Isles. We were good trading partners in the nineties. We respect your past and can empathize with your current situation. Everyone here agrees that your fan deserve better.
Speaking from experience though....when it does happen..it'll be that much sweeter.

A lot of us waited a long time. This was our one highlight between 1993 and 2012

Hey man, you feeling ok? You look a little pale, and you should probably take something for that cough. In fact, maybe you should stay home and relax. Put on some tv and rest up.
