well, in all fairness, that's not what I typed, but apparently the filter here considers it a homophobic slur and "autocorrects", but it's actually the name of a type of food there. Look up "offal meatballs" (might as well be awful meatballs) I guess is the alternative but not official name


pork pies lost me at "jellied pork stock" & "room temperature". That coworker also told me about "head cheese", but I think it's technically Dutch? And it's definitely not "cheese"...

I've made pork pies, eaten warm and with no jelly (aspic) involved. I'm 1/2 British so it's legit.
