I remember a US government class I took in middle school. The topic had somehow gotten to Bill Clinton and his trial and his impeachment and my teacher was talking about how he lied and how it's a big deal, etc. And I raised my hand and asked him what the big deal was. "He's a politician, they lie. It's what they do." He looked a bit flabbergasted and asked if anyone else felt similar, and most of the class raised their hand. He seemed a bit defeated after that and I couldn't figure out why.

It being October, there's a cute little open air pumpkin patch that opened up along my commute to work. I drove by it early yesterday, before they opened. The pumpkins weren't behind a fence or anything, and I didn't see any obvious security measures.

My dog must have invented something like this for a revenge when I've given her a toy with treats inside while I'm drinking beer and laughing at her mental struggle. I don't think I can do that anymore after seeing this.

If you go on a nice day it's not too bad and can be kinda fun. Not worried about the bugs, I have 10,000,000 mosquitos in my back yard STILL (actually it's gotten worse recently) and can't go outside my house in shorts for 5 min without 10 new bites!!
