Forget the guy at the head of the line, what I don't understand are the five guys riding his bumper. There is a shit ton of space to the right to either go the same speed with more safety (hahahahahaha) or to hit the gas and pass on the right.

My reaction every time I get to a dual left turn lane with 10 cars lined up in the right one with zero in the left one....

I used to have that attitude. Now, if I'm in a hurry and speeding I like to have someone in front of me going faster. I figure they're bait to draw out any potential speeding ticket.
