They were talking like this happens all the time, sharks biting outboards, but this is the first time I have heard of this and find it really strange that this is happening while Orca's are still attacking boats in the Med.

Anyone read?

Given they are a charter fishing service that was looking to fish for sharks, I bet they do see this all the time.

Maybe that's because most people aren't filming with drones, hoping for some shit like this to drive their views through the roof.

Yepp and we know waaayyy less about the depths of the ocean than we know about the space around us.

The way I see it, space and water are equal in terms of people belonging there.

One thing that really changed my perspective on history was an article that asked us to imagine living in olden times, boarding a small wooden vessel, and sailing out of view of the coastline. How terrifying that would have been for most people. Yes they had the stars and some rudimentary instruments, but your average person would have been absolutely laying their life on the line that there wouldn't be an unfavorable wind, or that the navigator wouldn't **** up. If some small misfortune occurred, that was the end of that.

Given this perspective, it's no wonder it took us so long to map our own planet.

What makes you think that besides the suspiciously aimed security camera?

Mainly the fact that, in order for a bottle to rocket like that, either its top or its bottom would have to pop. Its top clearly didn’t pop, given that it landed on its bottom and when it returned to its previous position, it did so top facing up. Which means it’s bottom popped, but other than what looks like a single droplet at the end, nothing else spilled from the bottle after it returned to its case.
