It’s ok casual, It’s clear your lack of understanding is frustrating you and this frustration is causing you to lash out in the way a child with a still developing brain would.

RNH has a long track record of performance and production, a dip in early season production is far outweighed by that long history of consistent play. Casuals like yourself just can’t understand the ways a high iq player like RNH impacts the game, all they have the capacity to understand is judging forwards in a very rudimentary way such as counting points. There’s a reason why so many coaches continue to put RNH next to McDavid and more importantly why a player who has a large say in who his linemates are, continues to want to play with RNH.

All that being said, because he is such a vital piece of special teams playing a ton both on the PP and PK, I think an argument could be made to limit his 5v5 minutes in season since it’s going to be another long playoff grind. But to suggest breaking up the teams top line with a long term track record in favour of a one game sample because a guy scored 2 points is laughable and this is coming from someone who loves Arvidsson. Hey RNH had 2 points with mcdavid on Dec 14 against Vegas, put him with McDavid Duuuuuuur lmao.
The personal attacks and trigger rate of this post is astounding.

Are you RNHs uncle ?

There is absolutely nothing I said that isn't a fact.

2 goals
Perimeter hockey
Soft corner play
Weak shot attempts
Not going into corners

Lol then you go off on a tangent about his defensive play, the coach putting him on the first line because of underlying metrics bla bla bla.

You sure you aren't a casual ? 🤣

You’re so obsessed with goals from a guy who’s never been a goal scorer his entire career and yet he’ll still end up around 20 goals this year like he has consistently done. And he’ll still be on the top line where the NHL coach and the best player in the world want him. And a little casual with his little casual brain will keep crying about it lmao.

We need Arvidsson to get up and running, you guys act like we didn't pay a dear f***ing price to bring in Arvidsson and Skinner.

If those two do not pan out here, then this team is not as good as the one from last year and is likely in trouble if they ever run into a good goalie in a playoff round because you can't win every round just off 3 players driving the offense.

Moving Arvidsson, a new player desperately looking to fit in here and get going, off a line he instantly clicked on is stupid. RNH isn't a baby, he can handle playing with Leon for 4-5 games at least, moving Arvidsson off that line just as he was getting confident is dumb.

Lets not act like this team are lineup geniuses, this is the same team that ran an AHL wash up (Desharnais) into the ground rather than playing Broberg until the very, very last minute when it turned out that he's actually a far better player than Desharnais. Same thing with Kesselring never being given a shot here.

So Arvidsson scores a goal, gets a primary assist for a 2 point night as a player we really need to get going and immediately gets demoted to the 2nd line for a guy who hasn't been good for most of this season (RNH).

This team loves to shoot itself in the foot and make everything more difficult than it has to be.
Knoblauch is REALLY married to the RNH-McDavid-Hyman line, which, at this point, is really just McDavid and Hyman. Let's leave Draisaitl with junk while RNH and Skinner rot on their respective lines.
