Mother’s Day, my dad’s here, my sister’s here. It’s been a tough time for my whole family.
To be able to get the lead in the first period, it was a good one.
- Martin St. Louis

Now we go back to their building. You go out there with a new, fresh feeling. So whatever happened yesterday, it’s gone.
It’s whatever you decide to bring tomorrow, the mindset to go in there, have a good start. You want to set the tone right away. Every game is different.
- Henrik Lundqvist

We wanted to give ourselves a chance, we won two games, and now we have a Game 7.

We've been shutout TWICE and still have somehow managed to fight back AND outscore pit in the series in goals. Gotta get it done for the complete comeback.

This is it... you've clawed yourself back from a 1 - 3 deficit, now give one last effort and win this (well.. before taking on the next contender anyway) :)

Well, good come back. Hopefully they can conquer the other half of Pennsylvania and I'll have all my bases covered. Nice to see they didn't roll over and die.

Dear Lord,

I know you must find it odd that you only hear from me around this time of year. And I do not come to you for me. I ask that you give the boys wearing Rangers jerseys the strength of heart and mind to put forth their best effort of the season to date. Win or lose I cannot ask you to decide. But let the finish be determined with the boys playing their best.

Amen

Before the series started, I predicted the Penguins would win in 7. I still think it may end that way.

Prove me wrong.

I'm rooting for us to lose so that the St. Louis pick doesn't escalate to another first.

Then you shouldn't be a Rangers fan. This is the biggest game to date since the 1994 finals. If they win tonight they have a 1 in 4 chance at winning the cup. You do not root for your team to lose, EVER.

We are winning. Just walked into the hangar at work, and this was blasting.

That and burning my shirt during game 4 fixed everything.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that he was being sarcastic...

At least they showed some push back. I was shocked by that... I have to admit.

Tonight the pens surely will.

The city will.

The refs probably will.

It's going to take a MONUMENTAL effort on every single player's part to take this one.

Have some pride for Christ's sake and BRING. IT.

Agreed. No #2 seed has ever won the cup in this format, and teams that go to game 7's don't win Stanley Cups.

I'm thinking this will be a surprisingly clean game tonight with few penalties. As such special teams will be crucial. One penalty can win the game either way.

Close, low scoring, tense with a 60% chance of OT.

I'll be a bit of a basket case.

Apologies in advance for my wife and kids, and my neighbors too.

Onward.

WIN NOW.
