Not enough. Gorton blinked first. To not get point or sergachev or foote is horrible. That's not enough for mcdonagh alone and we threw in Miller. Bitched doesn't begin to cover it.

That's my exact view. I like the deal for McD alone. Not for including Miller as well. I don't know if there was something internal that caused us to sour on Miller that badly or something.

I may not like the full value of the deal, but maybe Miller's value wasn't that high.
