McDavid surpasses Joe Thornton is career playoff points, is now 4th in playoff points amongst players with no cup

If this is true I'll be very sad.....not because I'm a huge Propp fan, but this is a hockey board, I'm assuming people coming on here are big into hockey. I get it, perhaps a lot of younger guys on here, but I know many, many players that were before my time.....not just the biggest names of all time either. Propp was a very good player in the 80s, he was one of Philly's top players for a pretty long time.

Now that I think of it though, maybe it's because hockey cards aren't a big thing anymore....back in the day, when I collected, I'd know everyone.
Not everybody who posts here are hockey gurus like us. A lot of posters here are actually pretty clueless, especially when it comes to hockey 10+ years ago.

143p in 90 games, its extra ordinary, just 28p from Kucherov, with
61 games in hand, Kucherov who is one of the best playoff
performers of all time.. just sick

Considering he had just 9 points in 13 games through his age 22 season, it’s absolutely staggering where he’s at right now. 134 points over his past 77 games, which is 1.74 PPG, or 143 points/82 games.

If he’s finally a Cup winner a few short weeks from here, while scooping up another Conn Smythe, he’ll have done as much or more as what nearly all players have done over 10, 15, 20 years, in just 4.

It sure goes by quick.
