Yeah that was all fine. Calling cross checking on a guy with one hand on his stick with one minute left in a one goal game is inexcusable.
That reminds me of that Ozolinsh center ice goal against Brodeur in the 2003 Finals when Marty dropped his stick and it deflected in off of it. They couldn’t recreate that if they tried 100 times.

Apparently Chatfield Jr. is on the way ready to be picked in the 2041 draft.
I’m not sure if the puck was there. I thought it was on the other side of Andersen. Which would make it interference. Can’t get a minor for checking from behind, so the ref could massage it to roughing I suppose.
