I think the team is playing their best. Unfortunately the Canucks aren't a pushover and we're on our first back to back in awhile IIRC.

3 in 4 days but canucks have the road back to back with tonight an early game.

True. And in addition to the other weaknesses discussed, it is not like the team even has a single legit superstar like all the other contenders.

I think that's the goal. Make the playoffs every year, win a round or two. Do it for a decade straight a la the Sharks or Preds but never actually win anything. I think most of our fans have already said they'd be fine with that.

Sure seems like it. I guess revenue heavy is the goal.
