because of slovan bratislava´s rok ticar und jiga jeglic my sympathy is normaly also with slovenia..
but not today ;-)
i hope we dont sleep again at beginning, and play mostly in offense- please coach !!
if we compare our roster- so many NHL and KHL players, we must win...
important would be finally to hit inside the net, and get more confident then...

Slovakia roster looks way better.

That's hardly a surprise. It's still worse than their Olympic roster whereas Slovenia's squad is basically the same except for the absence of D. Rodman. And we know how did the match between these two go in Sochi.

Baranka is playing today instead of Mikus.

As for the Slovak roster here and at the Olympics. On defense this team is much worse, on offense this team is only missing Hossa from the top players on offense and Gaborik who didn't play there is here, as is Dano. This Slovak team is also missing Nagy and Reway on offense due to injury/sickness from the players who were hot candidates, but neither was at last years' Olympics.

Furthermore last years' OG team was heavily influenced by off ice issues, mainly the Chara vs. Satan feud, neither of them is here today.

Urbas was supposed to play with Kopitar and Muršak on 2nd line, that was plan before WHC. And if our reporters saw correctly at yesterday's practice, he is playing with them also tonight.

So our lines should be:
Sabolic-Ticar-Jeglic
Urbas-Kopitar-Mursak
Razingar-Music-Pance
Golicic-Rodman-Ograjensek.

And yeah, Gracnar is injured, so Kroselj will be backup.

I just hope that we don't sleep through the 1st period. We have to be aggressive, try to score and give everything. We really need some positive result.

By no means an easy match. Slovenia's first 2 lines are on par with ours. We might have the edge at bottom 6.

I hope for a 3-2 win.

If anybody has the sofascore app on their phone then feast your eyes on the slovakia flag :///
