He got close and then started putting on the brakes as he went. IIHF will still probably fine him anyway so he should have just gone hard and made it worth it.

Those have to be the three softest calls in hockey history against Finland, simply unbeliavable to see in a championship final.

Add the brutal non-call on Malkin against Haula and you have to seriously question the integrity of the officals.

Do you forget that your guys also had to play 4on5 when you were actually supposed to play 5on5? The 3-2 actually came 1 second after the first penalty was finished (according to the official clock).

And we can't forget when the refs called it off when Finland played 6 against 5 in the first period by "mistake".

Btw, is this written in the rules, that coach who is banned from the bench, can't still talk with it? Because Znarok, and all Russian media were talking pretty clearly after the ban, that Znarok will be using some radio to talk with the bench. They like didn't even try to hide it.
