Normally after that kind of hit there is fight or some one is taking a run at the guilty player. It's team USA so I'm expecting it.

I don't think that was dirty. Steve tried to duck to avoid the hit that's why the elbow caught the head.

For it to be an elbowing penalty, the elbow has to be actively used to throw the hit. It wasn't,it was just there. He didn't extend it or lift it. If Moses doesn't take a bow, his head is nowhere the elbow of Tollefsen.
