 The one on the right has a Blackhawks hat on. That team attracts a lot of gorgeous fans. I must say. So many in Vancouver.

This girl is the best though:

I can't even imagine how much ribbing Eberle got from his teammates after that incident.

I know why she couldn't shake his hand, no contact rule etc, but still its hilarious to see his snub ahahahah

Why is that?

My whole high school class got shaken down for a bribe by the prague metro transit authorities at a subway stop 2 years ago. Asked to check all our passports then demanded a 'tax' to have them returned. Even when our teacher explained we weren't a well funded college group but just a small town school trip with no budget, they still threatened her and made off with all our cash.

All Couturier has to do is smile and they are both his!

In Prague. :amazed:

I guess some Eastern European habits die hard.

Ya the worst part was 2 uniformed police officers actually intervened to see what the commotion was all about, there were like 100 people gathered in a circle to watch the drama of 11 crying american kids. Soon as the cops learned it was a shakedown they couldn't care less and moved on. We had to cancel all the rest of the trip and wait out the last 3 days until the flight in our hostel rooms eating gorp.

for real? The cops were probably in on it too.

If something doesnt suck here,it´s transit. What happened?Btw. Swiss fans were funny as usual.I couldnr recignize whether they were shouting swiss or scheize sometimes:)

Why is that?

Sunday night service on any metro usually sucks anyway==but you'd think they would be prepared for 17k to hit it tonight--every other night it was fine--looks like they kept their usual time table or something--

also--do not like that many police around me at one time

How did Brayden Schenn look in his first game of this tournament? Still do not understand that selection, but i guess for a 13th/14th forward you can not do any worse.

Some jurnalists focused on that practise and wrote stories describing how that officers checking tourists in Metro stations around Venceslav sqaure supposing they have uncorectly sign, wrong or even no tickets. It was almost certain that they will find some mistake.I personally witnessed these situations. They need cops to be able to identify you. It is definetely **** practise, because the ticket system seems to be pretty complicated for foreigners. anyway you dont have to pay by cash....they dont have any right to make you pay immediately....You will be suited at czech court. (If they decide to it)you will loose because you are already back home.question is whether they try to enforce judge decisions (maybe across Europe, i dont believe they would try it in NA).its basically cost uneffective IMO...

That sounds bad. I lived in Prague for 2 years and I can honestly say I never saw the police treat white people badly. I was never stopped on the metro other than the usual ticket/pass check. But I do look quite bohemian i guess. If you looked like a gypsy or other minority or homeless on the other hand....

As for the transport, it was pretty efficient and on time. Only was delayed once the entire time I lived there! If you discount the flooding of the river about 2 years ago :P

Thats valid point. I dont believe they strenghtened undergound connection, even if they definetely should. What I ussually do - go for walk from arena to Palmovka metro station (10 minutes, first station from Ceskomoravska). you can take a metro from there or take a tram to the center.most comfy way....

You mean the guy that was one of our best forwards last year? :shakehead

Their is a selection on this team that's a joke, but the guys initials are DS, not BS.

The real problem is that he was just put in the lineup now.
