Yes, I think he's currently hurt though.Having a good playoffs?

Yeah, those 2 heavy hits he took on the first shift of game 3 seem to have had an affect. He's still been good but, like you said, I think he might be hiding a nagging injury.Yes, I think he's currently hurt though.
Sounds like it has been more illness related. Guess there was a flu going through their team and Ekholm was really sick. He was a game time decision a couple games back with Broberg on standby if not well enough. Course he could also be a bit banged up. But he hasn't shown any gaps in his physical game or compromised skating.Yeah, those 2 heavy hits he took on the first shift of game 3 seem to have had an affect. He got burned last night but it wouldn't be surprising to lose a step if you have the flu.Sounds like it has been more illness related. He has talked about moving back to Sweden when he is done playingListening this guys pressers, it’s obvious he communicates well and has a great head for the game.
He loves it in Edmonton too. Wonder if when he hangs him up if he’d stay as a Coach. I think he’d be an amazing Defensive Coach with his knowledge of the game and communications skills. Hope to see him stay for awhile in Edmonton.
Ahh has he? Well that’s too bad. Maybe more continued success here will change his mind.He has talked about moving back to Sweden when he is done playing

Yeah, when he was first traded he stated how much he was looking forward to living in a city with seasons including winter which is always the knock on playing in Edmonton.Listening this guys pressers, it’s obvious he communicates well and has a great head for the game.

His wife has a career of her own(sports journalist) that she put on the back burner to follow him in his and they both have a lot of projects going on back in Sweden. He'll end up coaching up young swedish D after his playing days if I were to guess. Oilers should get him on board to help out with scouting, he has a good eye.Ahh has he? Well that’s too bad. First thing that I thought when it was mentioned that he'd likely return to Sweden. His wife has a career of her own(sports journalist) that she put on the back burner to follow him in his and they both have a lot of projects going on back in Sweden. Mattias Hyman? or Zach Ekholm?I hope we approach Hyman to coach as soon as he retires. His profile/personality seems perfect and he already talks like a coach. Nuge can run the PP. lol
I dont actually recall Pronger and Niedemeyer being on the same pairing.
Ekholm gets a letter, well done
Fair, but I think they take pride in it, and I hope he has a strong tourney, really turns even more heads.I really, really wish he didn't have to play in this tournament.
He's right after McDavid and Draisaitl as one of the guys that would most benefit from a 2 week recharge.
