Pretty clear that it is simply a player you’ve developed a dislike for (not really abnormal considering part of being a sports fan is showing emotion) to where you can’t even decipher the threshold as to where your disparagements merge into idiocy, never mind complete contradiction.

There's nothing I enjoy more than opening a Chucky thread and seeing all the salt. 15 years ago Olli Jokinen and Stephen Weiss were considered the greatest Panthers, now Florida has a strong possibility of being on their way to a 3rd consecutive Cup Final.

To save face and make himself feel better for basically screwing over team USA by playing injured. He suits up and couldn’t play 2nd period on and left kyle Connor in civilian clothes, GJ matty.

4 Nations had everyone talking about hockey again, not just us hardcore fans. Matthew Tkachuk was the focal point for Team USA, for both good and bad reasons. He's being positioned as one of the faces of the NHL in the US at least.

He also is not going to be playing any time soon, so his availability is not a problem.

Fallon show has 32,2 million subscribers on youtube alone, so I believe the show is a preetty good marketing channel/platform as a whole.
