Leafs have given the Panthers their toughest fight. That alone should tell the ownership to bring everyone back and run it back.Seems like the Cats are already underway humiliating another franchise and making them question their existence. Leafs are a fly spec on the rearview mirror.
So will there be a parade or just a banner raising ceremony for that accomplishment ????Leafs have given the Panthers their toughest fight.
Given the state of the eastern conference, that isn't saying muchLeafs have given the Panthers their toughest fight. That alone should tell the ownership to bring everyone back and run it back.

Pretty sure they aren't even thinking about Toronto, yet alone talking about Toronto players 5 days later. Next time they should just call them punk ass losers and be done with it
Obviously the poster meant they’re not currently, and certainly not repetitively, sitting around talking about Toronto, Leafs players or whatever. They expressed their opinions and moved on to more important things.Did you read the title of the thread you’re posting in?

Arrogance and ignorance is a hell of cocktail...I think we got a little peek, a little window into the jealous souls of those stuck in hockey purgatory down south. Where no one cares what you do, and no one even knows how successful you are.
They’d all love the attention they would get winning in Toronto. This is just how it came out
Montreal isn't on the same level atm with regards to pressure and fan engagement that Toronto enjoys.nah that's bs bruh...Montreal is a huge pressure cooker in 2 languages....team still performs relatively much better come playoff time. TO is just a losers culture and mentality.
I would disagree with this. Montreal has it's own interesting challenges for pressure... it just happens that the Leafs dominate English hockey media in most of Canada. Having lived in MTL I can say that the pressure in MTL is the same level, just a different flavour. MTL has a legacy of success that they're expected to maintain that TOR doesn't have.Montreal isn't on the same level atm with regards to pressure and fan engagement that Toronto enjoys.
The pressure is off because you were the last Canadian team to win a cup and seen the finals since then. I don't think you charge as much for a seat and your fan base isn't as large.
It's.not comparable.
Our fanbase is larger our ticket prices are more expensive and our history of failure is the worst in all of the NHL so the desire to just at least sniff the finals is intense. You guys just went to the finals not too long ago. You won the cup in 93. It's not even remotely comparable.I would disagree with this. And if you're gonna try to say that TOR fans are 'better' or 'more engaged'... hard disagree.
