His hands and his vision are his strongest assets. I also believe he likes to compete,
He should be a pretty complete center in 3 years

Right now third line is a nice place for him - needs responsible defensive wingers

Some nice assists don’t help against Austin Matthews and John Taveras in the defensive zone

I like his projection but after Winnipeg game people here wanted him back in Providence

Such is the life of an elf

I still think he is not what you are rating him as, not the greatest of skaters, cannot win puck battles, except with his hands, he needs to avoid hits that might be his biggest detriment, a must he get better at that or he will be a frequent visitor the IR, and he is gassed halfway through his shift, I know they stuck out there on a long shift, but Jesus, I thought they were going to bring out the oxygen tanks, I have working vessel, and I don't breath like that, what the hell is he going to do when they go to Colorado.

He's like one of 3 people on this roster that could make that pass to Frederic last night. Shades of Krejci, slowing down in transition, opening up the lane, sauce through sticks to the tape.
