Thought Lansing had an impressive Hlinka tournament. Caught my eye from the first game. I'd give him a draftable grade, likely as a later pick.

He had the one highlight goal against Sweden, but it was really everything else in his game that impressed me. Utility value - 6'1, strong skater, can play powerplay and pk. Nice hands around the net. I'd like to see him play in a more structured environment.

I think he’s looked good, honestly. He’s looked much better than I thought he would. I was there for his USHL debut (or one of his first few games) and I didn’t think anything of him. But, he seems like a player that could be worth a late pick on. He plays hard.

Funny enough, I actually sat next to his mother at one of the games and he clearly comes from a good family. At the time, it seems like they were considering Quinnipiac. Personally, I think that’d be a good spot for him.

My review of what I've watched from him this season. Has 8+9=17 points in 43 games.
I think he’ll likely get picked, but he hasn’t had a big season. Not scoring much. I don’t think he’s a big scorer, but he’s good defensively, plays center, can skate, and has solid size. He’ll have a chance to be a fourth line center in the NHL, but might be too vanilla to be an NHL’er. Worth a late round pick.
