Excuses are for losers
Imagine Knies next to a Bennett and a power forward RW.Future captain and there’s no doubt in my mind. He’s the anti-Marner/Matthews.

So he can do that, Ok that's interesting. I've never seen anyone do that, at least I don't remember noticing it. Surprising it's not done more as it seems quite effective! It’s pretty funny the panthers men just standing by leaving him untouched. They probably wanted no part of Knies. After Avery did that, I believe the nhl instituted a rule you couldn’t face the goalie while doing that obstruction thing. So pretty sure what Knies did in that clip is ok. Just surprising that the dmen let it go on
Bennett can't be effective in Toronto.Leafs will overpay Bennett and it won't hit the same. The good teams trade for them when it makes sense, the bad teams (Leafs) chase them when they cost too much and usually too old.
Well you would know but isn’t it the dmans job to clear him away from the net. I’d think not many dmen would just ignore him doing that. However if you have a truly intimidating forward, maybe they would. LolSo he can do that, Ok that's interesting. I've never seen anyone do that, at least I don't remember noticing it. No thanks to Bennett. As a Leaf he'll live in the penalty box.Leafs will overpay Bennett and it won't hit the same. The good teams trade for them when it makes sense, the bad teams (Leafs) chase them when they cost too much and usually too old.

Would be phenomenal in the regular season
This right here has been the Leafs for the last decade with the UFA signings with this core. And even before that but that's a different storyLeafs will overpay Bennett and it won't hit the same.
