Mick Riddleton
“A day without sunshine is like, you know, night.”
He does nothing that Blidh or Gabrielle could do a lot cheaper, use the money for something else
Spooner hasn't looked awful at all. When he and Merchand were on the ice together they were creating chances as well. Perhaps looking too hard to see something wrong with Spooner?
He's not even close to Hayes territory. My hope is he gets a few, looks solid and can be moved.
I'm going to see what I think after 20 games
Fantastic assessment I agree that maybe deep down he knows - looks around and who the coach isFirst impressions say he's the same player he was last season - maybe the injury has had a lasting effect. My heart says he's checked out of being a Bruin - he knows he's not going to be remembered as a good player here.
The idea of someone trading for that contract is comical at this point.
It really does suck because in that first year he looked solid. I guess that some people have a better crystal ball than I do because they saw it coming.
He’s not good enough for the fourth line. Beleskey is a black hole for offense and possession, you’d be better off having a line with only two forwards. I said last year that he was worse than Hayes and I don’t think I was wrong.
Well at 60% most fans agree Beleskey is on a very fine line. If within the next 5 games he remains pointless he's as useless as a Hayes and another very poor signing. Next up after Beleseky will be big contract Backes.
To this day, I don't understand why he was signed. Much like David Clarkson, it's confusing when guys who are essentially glorified grinders get signed for too much money.
Belesky-Kuraly-Nash is a fine fourth line or Belesky-Kuraly-White. Some offensive pop and good physical players.
