The 26-year-old, 6'4" winger is an UFA after this season. He has 23 points in 22 games, and he had that 6 point game recently. He probably wouldnt make those numbers in a weaker team, but no doubt that he has earned a raise. Any guesses, how much money and term he is going to get?

Florida will wait before making that signing. Off to a great start but it's hard to predict term and money unless you see him finishing out the season at the same pace.

Can they keep him? Barkov's new contract kicks in next season, so do they have money for Marchment?

Injury makes it tough. Could see him signing for 3 by 3 for a team other than Florida or betting on himself with Florida at 2M by 1 and then getting paid if he repeats.

From an #NJDevils perspective, I would offer Mason Marchment a 3-4 year contract at 3.5 million per season.
This would definitely be the winning type bid I think.

As a Florida fan, I'd be a bit nervous for a team to sign him to that: he's playing on the best third line I've ever seen with Lundell and Reinhart and behind two lines anchored respectively by Huberdeau and Barkov...could he repeat his performance?

As much as I am a fan of his production thus far this year, the Devils are in need of the physical aspect of the game he can bring. And on a 3 year deal, there isn't THAT much risk on betting that his offensive production can be sustained.

Yeah, I rather pay $3,5 m for Marchment than Tatar, Johnsson or some other small, skilled winger.

This is his opportunity to cash in and he's certainly earned it.

Guessing he gets signed 3-4 years for $3-4M.

He would be a great add to the Canucks roster if they clear up some capspace. Would love to see him on Petterssons wing.
