Met Tommy Grant this summer at the Ogopogo golf tournament in Kelowna, played with him in the final round. Was a great guy, very friendly and easy to get along with (also that picture doesn't do him justice he's a decent looking guy no homo haha), hits the golf ball a LONG way when he gets a hold of it. Did a little bit of research on him after I met him being the curious hockey fan I am and he has only gotten better as his career has gone along at every level he played at. He could become a very good AHL player and he could quite possibly surprise and become a decent bottom six NHLer or good call up option.
Obviously nothing to be writing home about but he does have the work ethic, size and from what I've heard hands to become a potential late bloomer.
edit: Also he trains in the off-season in West Kelowna with a bunch of NHLers like Heatley, Gorges and Myers (if I remember correctly) so he's in the right company to continue to improve.
