Whats ignorant is wearing a hat like this at an even where people behind you need to see

Have you ever been to a sports rink? you are sitting a foot above the person that sits in front of you. The double seater behind that guy was over 6 foot , there is no excuse for ignorance.

If I paid hundreds of dollars to come to a game and had to sit behind someone wearing a hat like that, blocking my view, I would be pissed.

If I asked them politely to remove it and they refused, um, yeah…..

Good on Rifai. He played a really poised game.

He had one shift that he F-ed up, that noticed, the good thing is he didn't get scrambly or lose his head, I noticed he was almost aways just outside the blue paint, noticed a couple of times he took the stick away from the attacker. All in all a pretty decent debut for a 5/6 guy. When he gets more comfortable I hope he shows the physical side a little more. I think he knew going for the big hit can sometimes open up lanes for the attackers, I think he smartly played it safe.

I'm sorry to hear about McCabe, but this is Rifai's time.

Throughout this season, Rifai has spent time playing all throughout the Marlies defense, whether it's top pair, second pair, or on the bottom pairing. He's a strong player who uses his skating to gain advantage on his opponent. Rifai also cares for his teammates immensely, doing whatever's needed to protect them.

"His skating is world-class, he's a competitive guy, he has incredible passion for hockey, incredible passion for getting better at hockey," Hardy added. "He spends a lot of time focused on his nutrition, a ton of time focused on what he's doing in the gym with his body."

"He's got some NHL attributes to him," Maple Leafs head coach Sheldon Keefe said on Sunday. "He skates extremely well, moves around the ice, closes space very well. He's physical, a competitor, so there's attributes there that you really like.

I hope he gets in.

My boy Myers took him out, though! ;)
I am happy for Myers. I hope he and Rifai help the Leafs. I suppose I'm most excited about our depth being injected when injuries occur. Relying on Liljegren to find his game was hard to watch. Plus I always felt like so many unbalanced leaf haters tried to dunk on our prospect depth. A very shallow/naive analysis of hockey organizations is what many do...they are not...elite.
