Dermott has been forcing things a bit this series (stilll playing well), but in the 2nd and 3rd series he was pretty dominate.

Their "captain" is the one leading the way in their dirty play. Suddenly the Marlies can't get any calls from blatant penalties, this'll be tough.

Wow this series is frustrating to watch. So many stupid plays with the puck by the Marlies. I lost count of how many times they just passed it right onto a Texas player's stick and gave away possession.

The only players who seem to know how to make good plays are Johnsson, Dermott, Engvall. The others are all either young and still learning to not throw blind passes right into the middle. The AHL lifers like Smith, Mueller, LoVerde look awful.

You mean like how McKenzie and Elie goes after people after every whistle this series? I am surprised someone like Mueller did not step up earlier. Refs let a lot of crappy antics go, but looks like we are ready to shove it right back down the Stars' throats.

Why not split the winger duos? Marleau sticks with Kadri as part of the shutdown line. Marner sticks with Tavares as part of an offensive line. Johnsson and Kappy fill in their respective roles which makes sense.
