Imo it's Gio.

Playing as many minutes as he does and making everyone on his team better. The Flames with Gio vs without are night and day.

Gaudreau is dynamite offensively but sucks ass in his own zone and doesn't get engaged physically at all (can't blame him, he's small). Gio is great in his own zone, great in the other teams Blueline, and can be physical too at times.
