Suck bad enough for Misa/Hagens and the entire outlook is sped up a few seasons. Both of those guys seem like great fits from what I've been researching.

I don’t think they think he’s rotting in Providence. They’re making a playoff push and he’s a key contributor on that team.

That’s good experience for a young player that is a part of your future. Debatably better experience than whatever this teams plan is for the next 15 games.
