His biggest failing. He's a top-6 calibre player in every regard but one. There are many 4th liners with a better shot than him. Frustrating because it limits his effectiveness, but it is what it is.

I think everyone would acknowledge he's got talent. The main criticism of Casey has always been that he goes missing and floats for long periods. Right now he's on a new team and looking to impress. But how's he looking in 10 games, 20, through half-a-season next year? That's going to be the test with him. Can he make an impact and drive production consistently?
