What a surprise, Raycroft making excuses for Swayman.

He makes Jack Edwards seem like a neutral observer.

His complete inability to criticize the team in any manner makes him useless as an "analyst".

I remember in 2023 when during the Panthers/Bruins game 7, he talked about how much of a "beast" Charlie McAvoy was during the the series.

And I'm just sitting here thinking, "uhhhh, he's been playing some of the worst hockey of his career???"

There are two things i can't do in this new, strange age (as a Canadian as well)

1) I cannot, will not just pretend i think the Tragically Hip are good with Canadian patrotism being so in right now

2) I will not cheer for the Florida Panthers to win a stanley cup regardless of Marchand.

The only guys playing this game for the Bruins who have really had any significant part in the recent Florida rivalry are Pasta, Sway, Zacha and Lauko. Really takes the heat out of the contest, on top of which it's a largely meaningless game for both teams late in the season. Unless someone lays a nasty hit or something, this is going to be a pretty low intensity affair.
