I have no idea what they'd offer. If I were him, I'd just take the year off completely. But with them staying here long term, and he's buddies with Guerin, it just wouldn't be surprising if he got involved at some point.

He’s definately getting a job within an organization. Pens, VGK and Minny should all be having a bidding war for him to join their organization in some way. He’s a class act, a positive influence and a great person. He’s exactly the type you want to have around for many years

Fleury's career certainly had its share of "high highs" and "low lows," but all-in-all, he was consistently one of the better goaltenders in the league for nearly 2 decades. That is remarkable. Flower was an incredibly entertaining player, if occasionally maddening, and seems like one of the nicest and most genuine guys in the league. I think he has unequivocally earned a place in the Hall of Fame that many didn't think he had coming 10 years ago. He's a true champion. Hats off to him.
