  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.
    • Our 2025 light and dark themes were lost, so we are rebuilding them. Light theme is currently available, but work in progress

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord Server
Thought he looked quite lost positionally versus Florida.

But that's ok it's only been two games. Obviously not used to our system.

Exactly the kinds of additions they needed for the bottom six. Hopefully it kicks Beecher into gear. He won’t have a starting job next year if it doesn’t.
I wonder if part of his issue is assimilation? Looks like he can't speak English well so it must be tough in that regard.

I see some old style Russian hockey with him ala the late Alexander Skvortsov.

Given to understand through a podcast or two that the object of Sweeney's affection in this case was not Lauko, but underachieving yet still very young (22) MK.

It is evidently a pattern with Don to target high-end reclamation projects.

Hope this one works out.

You never know.

If only Merculov and Lysel played like "him" in their admittedly short stints here they would still be here. Maybe they should take a lesson from him.
That’s kind of not fair he did play I think at least 15 games or so with the Wild before coming here. Maybe Merk has hit that but Lysell only has played 2 or 3 games

Lysell numbers in the Ahl are awful

2024-25 Providence Bruins AHL 50 11 22 33

11 goals 33 pts in 50 games. He is also bad defensively He might be a bust.

I thought he was going to end up with the Islanders as part of whatever they would have offered for Nelson . I thought he would have fit in well due to their need for more players with speed/skill/grit combo .

nice to see him fitting in well for Boston

SO mad that HFboards was down for the game. He's been the addition I've been most interested in.
For me, it's Dino. Dino is his name-o. I've sardonically predicted that he'll wake up Lindholm and after that game, I'll reiterate that. DINOOO

Oh I dont think he is going to make it either. He seems to always play against the teams system. I think he has talent but its instinctive talent and doesn’t know how to apply that within a system. Hope I am wrong and at least they give him a good 10 game tryout to make sure.

I am going to defend him a litttle though too. Seen Fraser Minten’s stats. Everyone saying he is a great prospect but doesn’t have the greatest numbers either.

All I am saying is that he hasn’t had the same amount of games in the NHL as Knut has had. So it’s hard to compare. Minten is probably a better gauge but even that comes with caveats.
