Manchester United partial sale completed: Sir Jim era

United have evaluated at a price that would enable them to get suitable replacement. No one offered that amount. Plus Amorim doesn't really want to sell him. There wouldn't have been much time either to find one.

A suitable replacement would be anyone. lol he’s a dime a dozen player. You can get 5 Garnachos in Argentina alone.

The price was stupid which makes them incompetent and irresponsible. Amorim not wanting to sell him is irrelevant you aren’t playing for anything atm. When you are on the verge of being a soup kitchen I don’t think you should be asking the manager if you should sell a player who’s worth about a third of the offer.

Not a single person here agrees with you …I’d say wake up and smell the coffee but I’m thinking this is all an act.

United are still in EL and FA Cup. Those are the only things they're focusing on.

Just stop outsourcing personnel decisions to the manager. Figure out what kind of team you are or want to be, factor in what the manager wants and needs, and conduct business accordingly. Making your player recruitment strategy rebuilding Ten Hag's Ajax, or now Anorim's Sporting, is part of what contributed to the current mess and may very well keep them in it. Where's the vision? Where's the ambition?
