I had no idea United had almost double the amount of staff than the next highest number on other clubs. Arsenal has like 500+ or something. :eek2: There's been stories after the last financial reports that United are very close to the PSR limit, hence the massive cost cutting and being willing to sell Rashford.
Like I said originally, I don’t think there was anything wrong with getting rid of some of the deadweight jobs. But when you do that, then you cut the budget for disabled fans… idk it’s pretty easy to see how people are going to get pretty disenchanted from all of it.

I think we might just have to ignore Jussi in conversations about these things, the man is too far gone down the rabbithole LOL

Like United definitely needs to fix its financials don’t get me wrong. But… cutting the 40k disabled fans budget isn’t where to do it. Especially when you’re bringing in like 7 new executives who I’m sure are all making well over 7 figures and one you already had to fire over bad scouting of…

Oh, no doubt the optics aren't good.

I like my clubs socialists not capitalist scum … oh wait
Still better than the Glazers for actually caring about the sporting side and still a way better option than becoming a Qatari state club. Yay...

Sir Jim must have sacked the facilities staff so he could save an extra 200k a year. That Ten Hag payout isn't going to fund itself.
United really needed ownership like FSG that would have AT LEAST shown restraint on transfers until the infrastructure was fixed; but Utd fans wouldn’t stand for sacrificing incoming transfers even if the stadium is leaking on them

Not laughing about the weather since the very rare November floods in the South Western Finland produced e-coli bacteria in my home town's water just over a week ago for the first time ever, meaning we had to boil the drinking & cooking water for a while. They discovered the problem water intake site quickly, shut it down and got 0 in test results for the next five days. Got the "all clear" last Wednesday. Canal's closeness at Old Trafford probably means it's potentially constant fear.

Edit: obligatory "rats entering a sinking ship for once" and "Confirmed Mickey Mouse club"
