JL seems like somebody who should be the director of football instead of a manager. I still think WHU crushed it in the transfer window, it's just he isn't good at all as a coach.

I wouldn’t hire him to mow my lawn simply because I wouldn’t trust him to be reliable. Getting past the personal stuff based on his time as Spain manager and manager at Wolves, he’s nothing special. He also very likely can’t take credit for the Summer window.

Very disappointing that Moyes is going back to The Ev. They've been circling the drain for years. Call it a day and get them f***ing flushed.
Upon reflection if Moyes keeps The Ev up at the expense of Man United I would allow this.

Definitely did not “crush it”.

They spent like £120M and their best performing player from the window is probably Aaron Wan-Bissaka. Summerville might come good, but hasn’t done much of anything to date. They spent way too much on Kilman, Todibo has been bad and injury-prone, Fullkrug has been mostly injured, and they brought in a bunch of midfielders that can’t move.

I will say the whole team was bad under Lopetegui, so there’s room to say it was a team-wide issue, but I don’t think so at this stage.
