Macelli and #4 for Rakell and #11
But seriously, if they want to make a big move I think they’re terrifically positioned to make a run at Robertson. I’m just not sure if Dallas would want to trade him within the division, but if they would, I think something around Kesselring and #4 for Robertson makes a lot of sense.
I think it sounds something like thisDoes a mammoth make the same kind of noise as elephants do?
32 thoughts Friedman talks about the Mammoth and how they have a few options on the table and theyre not all small options
Might have worded that wrong from the podcast
He also talked about McBain who will draw interest from around the league
Lou Lamoriello might know. He used to hunt them in his youth. To give them a shave, of course.Does a mammoth make the same kind of noise as elephants do?
Because making noise could be any number of things that don't involve their pick? How is this different than the other thread on Utah moving it's pick?
Maccelli and Kesselring for Batherson?Maccelli could be upgraded to a legit top 6 winger.
They could also target a 2C, but I personally think they'll just draft Desnoyers or Martin at 4th overall and wait. Cooley Hayton McBain Stenlund is perfectly fine center depth if you have a blue chip center prospect coming.
Alternatively, they draft Martone, who replaces Schmaltz later on, and they trade for a 2C this summer.
RD is fine. Goalies are fine. Sergachev Maatta Cole at LD is fine with Simashev coming soon, or Sergachev Simashev Maatta if Simashev looks ready in camp.
Take it with a MASSIVE grain of salt, but some guy that is supposedly in the know on Calgary Puck said Utah is one of the teams interested in Rasmus Andersson
I can’t see any reason why Utah would be looking to add a defenseman. They just don’t need another one at all.
Because the implied sense if moving their pick is to acquire players.Because making noise could be any number of things that don't involve their pick?
How is this not obvious to you?
They absolutely need another one thats a #2-3 typeI can’t see any reason why Utah would be looking to add a defenseman. They just don’t need another one at all.
Agreed the only reason would be if they have a plan to move one of their other D in a bigger dealI can’t see any reason why Utah would be looking to add a defenseman. They just don’t need another one at all.
I think he is out indefinitely ... and will come back in his own timeWhat is the status of Connor Ingram? Friedman mentioned last week that Utah could be looking for a goaltender.
