I responded lower. I he took detroit as a prove it coming off surgery. He has always shown a desire for his hometown buffulo who has money to resign him. Also i am sure he would go back to chicago. But i am sure detroit could be right there. He may even go to another team. Depends does he want cup or final big payout.

I think mainly cause he wanted more long term and they were like prove it. Not sure but chicago and buff will have a lot of cap next year. Chicago will be trending up and buff is a couple away from being a contender. Detroit is gonna be good again as well. Justnisnt a dlam dunk like det fans think it is with kane

Robert thomas is a 1c who has 62 pts in 55 games. That would cost a lot i mean a lot. Wallinder is top 4 dman at ceiling. But maybe faulk could be a possibility.

A top 10pick, a 1st and a solid B prospect ? That gets a lot more than 1.5 season of Buchnevich. Hayes does absolutely nothing but take up space (both cap and roster)

Wallinder was an all situations top pairing D in the SHL last year against men, now getting used to NA hockey in the AHL but pretty well insulated by two other Swedish LD in Edvinsson and Johansson ahead of him.

Willander is having a great freshman year in the NCAA and had a very solid WJC.

Neither org would want to give them up so the price would have to be very solid. Both great skaters. Wallinder has the size, Willander has the competitiveness edge.

It’s really more important that they play together because it’d be funny. “Wallinder to willander, William Nylander breaks up the play, my mouth hurts, Steve back to you.”
