The 3 no-nothing Panthers fans on their board couldn't even put together a thread with the word GDT until game 5, and it contained no info. How else will I know the starting lineups or goalies in the year of our lord 2025? Last year's Cup was rigged because the assistant GM's dad worked for the league. Nobody look at the fact Florida sucked for 30 years and surely it has nothing to do with Bill Zito taking over. Couldn't be because Stuart Skinner sucks. No, rigged. If the game was called correctly and Edmonton simply had 30 more powerplays, they'd have won. The same thing may well happen again. Edmonton should spend at least 30 minutes a game on the powerplay. Also nobody look at how many 1st overall picks Edmonton had. And all that aside, how can you cheer for Sam Bennett? He hits goalies. No, excluding everything else, the trio of Evander Kane, Corey Perry and Stan Bowman deserve it. @batting1k also sent me some thoughts earlier:

For the well being of Hockey culture, Florida has to not win the cup.

I think we're all familiar with how trashy, dirty, and flat out dangerous the Panthers have been this season and especially so in these playoffs.

I for one am all for physicality, I cheer when my team throws a big hit and I like seeing players get splatted (legally so) on the board.

However, there is a huge gap between throwing a huge legal check to stopna play and intending to injury players match after match.

I acknowledge that wearing your opponents down by being physical is part of the playoffs and its a valid strategy to get the edge (haha funny word ik). But that shouldn't come at þhe expense of deliberately hurting them.

This cannot become the standard, I do not want a league where teams take notes and exemple out of this Panthers team. I want this sports to be as clean and respectable as possible. I don't want to be ashame to like hockey because people view it in a bad light. This sport is beautiful and frankly the best one on earth, and I would HATE to see it change for the worse because of this group of players and their game plan.

Intent to injure cannot become a standard.

Ok real talk

I’m about to finish a Lego set so I need a new one

I need someone to blindly suggest one. If I have it I’ll build it, and it better lead us to victory. No pressure, but definitely a shit ton of it. Think at least 1000+ pieces.

Use your instinct

Use your feel

Use your heart

Lead us to victory

They have some problems they have to address. They have to focus hard on keeping a lead if they get it. They need more from Barkov, he's just got to play better.
They have to know Edmonton is not going to give them a chance to day dream or whatever they have doing, during the game. Don't fall for the "lull" in the game. The "lull" in the game is actually Edmonton still playing hard while managing to lull the Panthers to sleep.
