the only excuse for his bad play I will accept is that someone is holding his parents at gunpoint and he has to play like crap. that's it.

Gutless and embarrassing performance. Even if they lost while giving a damn, I would have reasoned. But they didn't even bother. Losing doesn't bother them. Just got walked over and they said thank you.

I think this is the final nail in the coffin for me with this core if we lose, but hey, anything can happen, this is a great opportunity to show fight and resilience and prove people wrong.

Personally, I would've moved off of Marner and Tavares after the Columbus series.

Or after the Habs series.

And it could have been any of them for that matter.

As time goes on I think we’ll come to see the “business as usual” human Xanax pill that Craig Berube coaching as a clue to the utter dysfunction in the Matthews and Marner room.

These two guys are incapable of channeling negative energy into something productive and we always see these shit your pants humiliations.

Like they can’t have bad feelings, acknowledge them, move on. It just builds and builds and they can’t overcome it unless they pretend nothing is wrong, all you media types and the noise.
