You are 100% correct . Campbell has been terrible and playing with a fragile psyche this season.

No, buying him out this off-season is not the answer. Give Campbell maybe three more starts the rest of this season. If he is only worth playing 20 games next season then buy him out in the summer of 2024. As much as I don't want a buyout at all. I'd much prefer being on the hook for $9.3M in dead cap space over three years as opposed to $13.8M in dead cap space over four years.
