we should start the season over right now.

But honestly I really do think our issues are psychological. Now that we are pretty much mathematically out, we start winning hockey games.

Slepyshev has really been playing well. His speed is really noticeable. Forces some turnovers that we weren't forcing early in the year.

I think it's more that the trade deadline is past, which has to be a stressful time for a team that on the 'seller' side of the ledger...much more likely to be either traded or seeing a teammate traded vs. being on a 'buyer' team that's much more likely to bring in a guy for picks/prospects.

Probably a few sphincters unclenched in that dressing room.
