Injuries at development camp should just not happen. Does anyone know if it was during drills or a scrimmage?

I believe it happened blocking a shot. Rule 1 of these dev camps should be no shot blocking at all. It's just not worth it for these camps in the slightest. I bet alot of these kids are just trying to show the org and get noticed, but the teams shouldn't allow it.
