One of the best forwards for Czechia's U17 team every time I saw them last season. Looked promising in the U20 league games I saw too. Not the biggest, fastest or most dynamic players, but he has a lot of good tools and above-average puck skills. Promises to be a very good player in the WHL. Surprisingly left off the Hlinka roster for Czechia, although that doesn't have to mean much – Vojtech Port never played for his U18 team.

I have to say she looks pretty good in that highlight. I really have no idea how he didn't get into the HGC selection.

Kind of feel for the Kral parents... Last year they had one son in North America and one in Europe. This year Filip went back to Europe but Lukas is now leaving for north america.lol.

Agreed it is strange no Hlinka tryout. Very weird.

Didn't play in Spokane's first game due to injury. How serious is the injury?

Moved from Prince Albert to Gatineau. But I don't think it will help him.
Bust...

Yes. 4 points in the last two games.
I take my words back. Sometimes changing teams really helps.
I used to really like the L. Kral - J. Klima duo in the Mountfield team. I considered them the third and fourth strongest players (after Jecho and Titlbach) among all the Czech guys born in 2006. Then there was a decline. And now the moment of truth is coming. If they can continue to score points at the same pace (Klima is also gaining momentum) and reach at least the level of 1.0-1.1 points per game (that's more than the current Jecho and Curran) they can even hope to be selected in the late rounds as overagers.

I think there’s not a chance in the world he ends up getting drafted, but I do still think he’s got room to grow and enough talent to be an impact player in the Q at 19 next year.

Surprisingly, none of the others you mentioned are having real breakout seasons this year. I would’ve expected Jecho and Curran to be >1 PPG, but at least they’re close. Klima is doing really well relative to what I thought he’d be in the CHL, and Titlbach is still just ok relative to what the public seemed to think of him.

It’s not looking great for the 06 group as a whole after several players looked high-end a couple years ago, but it’s not bad either.
