Just signed a contract with Adler Mannheim after reaching the DEL finals with Cologne so it's likely the 24-year-old has put his North American plans on hold - if not ruling the NHL out entirely.

He was drafted but never signed by Florida but scored 20 goals in back-to-back seasons with Cologne and played for Germany in the recent World Championships (four assists in seven games).

Listed as LW on Hockeydb, eliteprospects.com and Puckpedia.
Justin Schultz is also the name of a defenseman that was drafted by the Ducks, and refused to sign with them and then signed with the Oilers as a free agent, then went on to play for the Pens, Caps and Kraken. He's often mocked for being unable to play defense. Because of the common name, some of us initially may have thought it was about him and that he'd finally been moved to forward.

Didn't make the connection. Thanks.
