Thought this guy deserved a thread. Had a quiet start to the season but exploded in wednesdays game against Rögle with a 5 point (4G, 1A) performance. There's a lot to like about him, has all the tools you want to see in a player offensively. Finesse player with good vision, a deadly shot and great skating. As with most guys his age he needs to get stronger, better defensively and just in general more consistent in all areas of play. Think he could be a big riser over the coming months if he puts it all together though.

He has kept his pace up for the last month. Much better production than the first two months of the year. Now stands at 12 goals and 24 points in 22 games. Wouldn't be surprised to see him rise up the draft rankings in the next little while. Very skilled offensively, didn't translate into points earlier on in the season but seems he has found the consistency now.

Swedish forward depth is a bit better than last year. Elvenes, Sveningsson, Hugg, Bemström, Miketinac all have some upside and will be picked in the 2nd round or later.

He is pretty feisty at times from what I have seen too. Not afraid to get involved.

Was actually coming here to make a thread... but then found one had already been made.

Nice skills for sure, could be a darkhorse.

Very surprised he didn't make the u18 team. He may slip because of this but he may make a team very happy if he goes in the middle rounds or later. With his skillset he could go much higher than this though.

Yeah, he was a big omission in my mind. Not sure why he wasn't taken. He's so much better than a guy like Anton Johansson for example, and could've made it over Bäck, Fjellström or Peterson as well. Weird decision.

To me he's a 4th round pick, but I have no idea where he'll actually go. Could go as late as the 7th round. Either way not a bad guy to take a gamble on. He has plenty of skills.

Luv his release. Goal scorers shot.

gonna look for more footage on this guy, wanna see how he plays the game now, not just his highlight reel.

Picked 202nd by the Calgary Flames. Glad he got picked. Thought he could go anywhere from 4th to 7th round. A good pick to make in the 7th round for sure.

Goal from today:

Been good in SuperElit so far, 9 points in 10 games. Surprised he has only dressed for 1 game in SHL so far.

Has transitioned from SuperElit to Allsvenskanm now playing in the SHL. Was a member of Sweden's WJC team last season also. Can anyone comment on his progress, does he still have NHL potential?

I think so. He's got ways to go though.
