Doubt he can cut it on the small rink. That's not a negative though. If he can be a skilled fast winger in the KHL - more power to him.

It's hard to say. There is no point for him to go to the MHL, so it's either KHL or VHL.

Nah, the rule is still there. This season it's one 1998 or younger kid and one 1999 or younger kid. Manukyan is 1998.

LOL your anti-AkBarsism is amazing. Kara is looking like a different player this time around. Unlike last season he deserves every minute he gets.

The youngsters are getting spots because of injuries too. But Kara should stay even when Padakin returns while Mikheev is a sure bet to be sent down.

On Manukian. I doubt he has a future in the NHL. He is a good bet to have a successful KHL career though.
