I went to this game with my D League team.

Before the game, we all went to the memorial service of one of our ex-teammates, who died right before Christmas and left behind a ten week old daughter.

Yesterday would have been his 38th birthday, and he was supposed to come with us to this game.

I have never cared less about the result of a hockey game in my life.
